Carmen Villalobos is heating up Puerto Rico! The actress has been vacationing at the Fairmont El San Juan, making a splash on the beach in her swimsuit. Carmen struggles to exercise unless she has a workout buddy. Luckily, her husband Sebastián Caicedo, fits the bill. "I didn't like the training very much, but I liked it when I started my relationship with Sebastián, who was always very athletic. I hate doing it alone, I always have someone by my side," she revealed in an interview 

Carmen wakes up at 4:00 am and exercises. "I train for two hours, from 5 to 7. I had never done it in my life, never and now I like it," she revealed. Her set involves weight lifting and cardiovascular activities, including single-sided buttock and hamstring lifts to help strengthen the butt. 

Villalobos also stays in shape with the help of dancing. Her Instagram feed is filled with reels of herself showing off her moves. According to a study from Open Access Government, the form of cardio is great for the body and mind. "Dancing exercises the heart, lungs, muscles, joints, and ligaments, and in doing so it tests your balance, muscle strength, and coordination."

Villalobos maintains a very healthy diet. Her favorite breakfast? A bowl filled with  different berries, coconut, and yogurt.  She posted this photo on Instagram enjoying the concoction. "A smoothie bowl can provide you with all the nutrients that you need for a start to your day,"  Manuel Trevino, corporate executive chef of by CHLOE, told USA Today.

Carmen isn't a chef. "We are going at a loss here," Carmen told  Hola! when asked who does the cooking in their home. "Sebastián does not cook, neither do I. Now that we were recently in Bogotá and we had to share the apartment for four days, it was like… 'delivery!'"
