According to a Turkish website Foochia.com via Albawaba.com, hydration is a key part of Hande's wellness plan. "Every day you lose water through your breath, perspiration, urine and bowel movements. For your body to function properly, you must replenish its water supply by consuming beverages and foods that contain water," explains the Mayo Clinic. How much water do you need to drink to stay hydrated? While the number varies according to age, activity level, food intake, and other factors, the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men and 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.

Hande also maintains an incredibly healthy diet. She makes sure to keep her food intake balanced. She eats lots of salad, fruits, and veggies and avoids sugar and carbohydrate rich foods. According to multiple reports, she is a vegetarian.

In order to increase metabolism and burn fat, Hande reportedly eats six small meals a day. According to Workout Lunatic, she only consumes a total of 1,500 calories per day. "Mini-meals can aid in satisfying the appetite, stabilizing blood sugar levels, and providing nutrients to the body throughout the day. Smaller, more frequent meals in your daily eating patterns also can aid in a more efficient metabolism compared to a slower metabolism when meals are skipped. An efficient metabolism allows your body to use carbohydrates, protein and fat to fuel your body," says the Cleveland Clinic.

Hande's workout of choice? Pilates. According to the publication she does the plyometric exercise for an hour every single day.

According to Workout Lunatic, in addition to pilates, Hande also works out a lot. She does strength training several times a week, breaking her workouts into circuits. She even shared this workout on YouTube, which shows her doing kettlebell rows. "Think about the types of physical activities you enjoy most. After all, a fitness program doesn't need to be boring. You're more likely to keep up with a fitness program you enjoy," says the Mayo Clinic

Workout Lunatic maintains that Hande drinks tea to lose weight. Weight loss tea, green tea, and tea with no sugar are a few of her go-tos. She also has a glass of wine at night and fruit juice in the morning. "Green tea is an excellent alternative to sugary beverages which are linked with weight gain and obesity," Amy Gholston, a registered dietitian and the lead clinical oncology dietitian at the Cancer Treatment Center of America's Comprehensive Care and Research Center, tells our sister site Eat This, Not That!, which adds: "There are a lot of hidden calories in the many juices and soda brands, so a quick way to have a healthier diet is to switch up beverage habits. Rather than slurping down diet sodas, or other weight loss drinks, switching over to a regular mug of green tea can aid in the weight loss process, which can be attributed to the bioactive compounds found in the steeped substance."
