Ghanaian artiste Wendy Asiamah Addo, popularly known as Wendy Shay can now boast of being a university graduate with an HND in Business and Marketing Management.

Wendy took a decision to better her life and add more certificates to her educational background during the lockdown and it paid off.

The Ruff Town records signed singer enrolled  at the Concord Business College and graduated on Saturday, December 18, 2021, with HND in Business and Marketing Management.

A post she made on her Facebook timeline explained why she took the course in the school during the lock down season in 2020.

She said there were not many entertainment activities during the lockdown so she decided to acquire some knowledge.

“During the lockdown in 2020 there were no performances for musicians so I decided to study and today I graduated with an HND in Business and Marketing Management, Music kakra School kakra Cheers,” Wendy Shay posted.

Wendy Shay is a certified nurse and was practicing during her stay with her parents in Germany before quitting to pursue music full time in Ghana.

Some described her decision to leave a stable career abroad to follow her dreams of becoming a musician as stupid but she proved them wrong and broke more boundaries.

She can now brag of having two career options should her music life take a nose dive. Congrats to her.

Shay Gang members took to twitter to congratulate their queen of Ghana Music but one asked if she will no longer use her nursing certificate.
